Psychodynamic counsellorAbout Me
Are you feeling lost or misunderstood? Do you have days when it feels like it's a bit too much to cope with? For many of us, life has not been the same recently. We all, in varying degrees, have been affected by the pandemic and life with the restrictions of lockdown. As a result, some of us may have been experiencing anxiety, a disorientation and even concerns about our overall mental well-being. Some also may have felt the negative impact on family relationships, be that with partners or children, while some may have struggled with jobs and finances, or simply become anxious about the future generally.
I am an integrative therapist which means I use different techniques tailored to individual clients. I work with wide variety of issues - stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, phobias, anger-management, self-harm, cultural and diversity issues, health related challenges and relationships, these might also include self-defeating behaviours (bad habits and obsessions), matters of self-esteem, personal development and employment related concerns.
I offer Counselling for couples and individuals, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.
