Jennifer Therapy
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
I have a breadth of counselling experience working with adults (including young adults/older adolescents) who have sought therapy while grappling with a range of challenges impacting their lives. This includes working extensively with those feeling stressed, angry, isolated, depressed, lost, guilty and overwhelmed.
I offer a calm, intelligent, empathic, safe space to support clients with difficult feelings that can emerge as a result of a recent challenging time or those with negative feelings that have been unresolved for a significant time.
