I am a person who has a deep understanding towards people’s needs, especially environmental, psychological, and social. We all need a support network, whether an individual, or friends and family. I have the skills and ability to work with people, to better understand their difficulties surrounding these three elements’, with the approach Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. which builds a set of skills, that enables an individual to be aware of their thoughts and emotions and to identify how situations, thoughts and behaviours influence emotions and improve feelings by changing unstable thoughts and behaviours.

I hold a Bachelor of science Degree in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy,
I am a registered Member MBACP.
Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 I have 8 years experience working in the above fields. and continue with my CPD.
