As an experienced and accredited Counsellor based in Spinningfields Manchester I enjoy helping people with various mental health and life issues. I qualified in 2010 after completing my Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I decided I wanted to gain some practical experience, so I completed some volunteering counselling with some well-known national and local charities based in Manchester.  A few years later I completed a Mindfulness Diploma using influences of CBT and have introduced these learnings into my own practice which I set up in 2017.

I have helped people become more at peace with the issues that they have or going through and let them explore their feelings in a confidential and none judgmental relaxed environment and allowing them to say the things out loud that they may have kept hidden for years.
