I am a trained and qualified and practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), trained integrative Counsellor and couple therapist.

My experience was gained from working with the NHS Improved access to psychological therapies, treating patients who are experiencing symptoms of depression and or an anxiety disorder since 2015. I have worked as a youth mentor in some Birmingham Schools, colleges and with young people in our community. The young people that I work with include those struggling to form and maintain relationship with their peer or struggling with low self-esteem, social anxiety, difficulty managing their anger, low sense of self-worth, difficulty managing stress etc.

I worked at Relate Birmingham as a couple and relationship therapist since 2013. At Relate I worked with individuals and couples who had difficulties with communication, intimacy and other challenges in their relationship. This included working with other issues that prevents them from experiencing a sense of purpose, pleasure, engagement, enjoyment achievement, closeness, connection, and confidence in their relationship, and is not experiencing domestic violence of abuse.
