Hello, I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My clinical practice is based in Willesden Green NW2. 

I will provide you with an empathic, caring, confidential and non-judgemental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings and to work through your issues. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients with various presenting issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, stress and trauma issues. 

In addition to working in private practice as a psychotherapist/counsellor I have many years of experience working within the charity sector. This has included supporting people working in retail, domestic abuse survivors, unpaid carers, young people and anyone affected by mental health issues. I have worked in human services for over 20 years. 

My approach is empathic and compassionate. I aim to work with you in an empowering and collaborative way, which will help you gain self-awareness and the tools you need to help you move forward in your life and heal.
