I work with individuals and couple's who are feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious, depressed and, often, traumatised. My client's usually come for counselling when they no longer feel able to cope with their life circumstances, relationships or how they feel about themselves. They may also be struggling with upsetting past experiences that they really want to move on from but feel like they can't. For every person who walks through my door I provide an integrative approach based on the principles of Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Psychodynamic therapies.

I also use specific trauma informed therapies for those with trauma symptoms/PTSD diagnosis.
Our sessions are primarily person centred, meaning that I actively listen to how you feel and what you need from counselling and work towards creating that in session. Our counselling relationship will be authentic and collaborative, with your personal aims at the heart of your time in therapy. I offer short and longer term counselling based on your needs.
