A senior professional, I offer counselling in fields covering everything from relationships- couple, single or families; anger management; depression; addiction; anxiety; OCD; family mediation; finance matters; minority; ethnic and international issues to internet dating. I am a registered member of the principle UK counselling body, BACP.
My method is 'integrated' based on a wide-ranging set of approaches according to your needs. I believe my training and experience will to assist you to come to an improvement in your situation. For those interested in the technical bases, I offer an integrative therapy approach to counselling using systemic, psychodynamic, CBT and Emotionally focused methodology. I like to consider these as part of my toolbox enabling me to use the most appropriate method for the client's specific issues.

ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger is a most distressing and damaging emotion especially in relationships. We work together to identify how and why you have more tendency to use anger in an often uncontrolled way sometimes resulting in upset for you and the people you deal with. I help you find both cognitive and behavioural ways to modify yourself so that anger is diminished and no longer causes you a problem

Fees
£40 per counselling session of an hour. I can offer a reduction in case of financial difficulty. I guaranty success so if after any session you are not satisfied I would not require payment. I am very flexible for meeting times and can also visit your home or work on phone, face-time or Skype
Training and qualifications
My training Includes four years of professional training through the Hull University University Advanced Diploma in Relationship Therapy, Post-graduate certificate and Masters in Relationship Therapy. I am passionate in continuing training with various bodies such as Relate Institute, Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (TCCR), Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT) Family Mediation Association ( FMA); KCC Foundation; Psychotherapy UK.
