Paula Gosling
Person-centred/humanistic therapistAbout Me
As an integrative therapist I offer a genuine, non-judgmental, honest environment. I use various methods and theories to understand each unique client and their struggles to provide an exclusive therapeutic experience.
I believe people live in ways that have been influenced by thoughts and beliefs learnt from childhood and beyond. These can cause conflict within our lives and affect how we feel, our thoughts and behaviours.
Therapy uses the unique relationship between therapist and client to vocalise things never said, to feel and explore emotions suppressed or are overwhelming in order to live a life that is desired.
I have completed the First Aid training.
