Paolo De Luca
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist offering individual therapy for adults of all ages. I offer a private, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to think and speak about your concerns.
I work for the NHS and in private practice with clients from different backgrounds and presenting with a variety of issues, including low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, loss and bereavement, relationship or family issues, traumatic experiences, life-stage crisis, panic attacks, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, sexuality, personality disorder.
Throughout psychotherapy, you will have the opportunity to raise issues that are currently on your mind and to explore underlying matters and themes, some of which you may not be completely aware. I will listen to you closely and will work with you to uncover the difficult areas of your life, and to think about things you might not ordinarily think about. My purpose is to support people to make positive changes and to reach their full potential in their lives, through gaining awareness and self-confidence and allowing healthier and happier ways of living.
I offer open/ended psychotherapy, depending on your needs and how we agree to work together.
I work both in English and Italian and I give the opportunity to my clients to meet in person as well as online. All this can be discussed at an initial consultation.
