I am an integrative therapist who recognises and celebrates each client's unique identity.  I work with each client to help them to understand and reach their potential through their own insights.  My core modality is psychodynamic but I work at the client's own pace and in a collaborative way.   I have worked with both Cruse and Rape Crisis and currently work with Kelly's Heroes,  a Charity which aims to help clients bereaved by suicide and those who need support. I work from my own home both face to face with clients or online and by phone.  I offer appointments during the day, in the evenings and on Saturday mornings to accommodate most working patterns.
