About Me

I am an integrative, transpersonal psychotherapist working with adults. I am offering a confidential and supportive space, a safe haven, where you can talk about anything that weighs on your heart. Together we will identify your resources, so you can re-discover the power you might think you have lost. During our sessions you will process your feelings and get equipped with tools which will help you navigate your life's difficulties. We will uncover the unconscious patterns that hold you stuck in life and work on removing them.

I draw upon different therapeutic approaches which I select according to each client's needs. I believe that successful therapy needs to be holistic, which means that it should address the mind, body and spirit. I work intuitively using meditation, breathwork, somatic techniques, creative imagination, dream interpretation and sand-tray.

Before we start working together I will invite you for the online assessment session. It will help us to get to know each other. We would determine if I am ‘a good fit’ for you and discuss how we can work together should you choose to contract with me.  If you would like to work together, please email me!

Training and qualifications

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and I hold a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, acquired as a result of a 5-year-long postgraduate training. I am an accredited member of the NCPS and uphold the ethical responsibilities required in professional practice, including regular clinical supervision.

I am committed to grow personally and expand my skill set for the benefit of my clients, which is why I engage in continuous professional development.

Currently I am doing two professional development courses - one of them will enhance my ability to incorporate body psychotherapy into my sessions and the other one focuses on IFS (Internal Family Systems), which I also hope to add soon to my skill-set.
