Hello, I'm Karyn.
I help people affected by life events, to overcome their challenges, manage and make changes and find meaning. I work through building a therapeutic relationship to support each individuals' personal well-being needs.
I am experienced in working with both men and women, and offer both short and longer term counselling. Sessions are usually weekly for 50 minutes. I am trained in a variety of counselling approaches which means that I am able to offer choice in how we work together. I am also experienced as a coach working with people looking to make future changes and achieve aims and goals.
