Jennifer Pirtle
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Hello! I'm a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor (UKCP, BACP) offering a creative and collaborative approach to therapy. I work in person in Central London (Marylebone W1H & London Bridge SE1) in quiet, calm spaces located near public transport.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on numerous ‘schools’ of therapy and psychological theory tailored to my client's needs at any time. How I work will be different with every person.
I am American by birth and a Londoner for more than two decades. I value an open, direct approach underpinned by genuine warmth and care. I am LGBTQ+ friendly.
Alongside talking therapy, depending on the client, we may utilise creative modalities, including visualisation, archetypes, dream exploration, journaling and art materials. By bypassing the ‘rational’ mind, creative practices can often unlock and powerfully shift things in ways that talk therapy alone cannot.
I invite you to book a free 15-minute introductory phone call, where we can discuss what's bringing you to therapy at this time, what you are hoping to gain from it, as well as any questions you may have about me, how I work, and the therapy process in general.
You may book directly via my Calendly link: https://calendly.com/jenniferpirtle/15-min-introductory-call
