Maybe your child has been struggling for a long time, and needs help now? I'm here to provide talking and creative therapies. Sessions available for as long as needed.

I'm an experienced Psychotherapist and Supervisor working with Adults, Children, and Adolescents for a wide range of issues with you as client at the heart of my work. Flexible session times during the week in Sidcup town centre and virtually. Excellent transport links at the practice.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental therapy space to explore whatever is worrying you. Having someone to listen to and offload can really make a difference in life.

I work from a Client Centred model, incorporating aspects of Integrative, CBT and Psychodynamic therapy. The therapeutic alliance between client and counsellor is of great value to our work.

My service is fully accessible. I also work as a Clinical Supervisor, supporting client work with children, adolescents, adults and students in all settings. I provide Supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors, colleges, learning centres, agencies and allied healthcare professionals.
