I am multi-cultural and bi-lingual counsellor and psychotherapist. I have experience working with wide range of individuals in hospital and organisations and with multi-cultural clients.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, emotional abuse, trauma, fear, anger and all sort of emotional difficulties.  

I am fully trained to look beyond your presenting problems to possible underlying causes. the aim of my work is to enable you to understand yourself and to change your behaviour to that which is more productive and rewarding for you. 

I am  fully qualified and I am BACP registered member and I follow the BACP codes of Ethics. I offer highest level of confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and the code of BACP practice.

I offer one to one counselling sessions to individuals and adolescence, you can choose to meet face to face choose telephone or Skype sessions if you are living abroad or travelling for work. we can work short or long term whether your choice. we will talk it through at our first session and agree a plan of action that is most appropriate for your needs.
