About Me

Hello, I'm Ellie (she/her). I am an Integrative Art Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in South London.  Starting counselling can feel like a step into the unknown. I help people identify and connect with their emotions, as well as explore and work through difficult relationship patterns. This process can help bring about change.

I offer counselling and art therapy to anyone over the age of 18, working collaboratively with you and providing a supportive environment where you can feel contained and safe and we can explore your difficulties together.

You don't need any artistic or technical ability to do art therapy. It is a way of seeing difficulties and day-to-day patterns in a new light, tapping into your own creativity, however it shows itself and using the arts in whatever way you find helpful to express yourself in the moment.
