I am a Registered Psychologist and Accredited Psychotherapist and provide private Counselling and Psychotherapy for a wide range of disorders, emotional concerns and problems using a range of interventions and approaches. I practice in Wimbledon, South West London at an accessible location. I have been a practicing psychologist for twenty years and I also act as the Director of Psychology and Well-being Services in the NHS where I have gained considerable experience and expertise in providing counselling and therapy for a wide range clients with mild, moderate and severe psychological problems.
I also offer Counselling, Organisational Consultancy and Training to organisations and businesses to improve well-being, increase productivity and help individuals better manage stress with a range of self-development strategies. I aim to accelerate key strengths and leadership skills so individuals can thrive in their roles and in their lives in more effective ways.
I act as a Clinical and Research Supervisor to Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Counsellors (some of whom are in training up to doctoral level) to helping to nurture their skills, talents and reflect on their clinical practice and competencies. I am a course tutor on a Doctoral Programme for Counselling psychology and Psychotherapy and act as an examining chair and examiner for various doctoral Programmes.
I have pursued various professional trainings in a commitment to excellence and best practice. Some of my qualifications include: Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Professional Studies, Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, Masters Degree in Psychiatry, Philosophy and Society, BSC Social Sciences (Honours), Diploma in Psychotherapy, Diploma in Psychology.
I am a Registered Chartered Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society, the Health Professional Council and I continue to be a Registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists. I am also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College and Metanoia Institute. I adhere to the guidelines and ethical codes set out by the British Psychological Society and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
