About Me

It's difficult to pick up a phone and call a stranger. No one wants to feel that they need help... but sometimes we all do.

As an UKCP trainee psychotherapist, I offer a space where you can speak about whatever is on your mind without judgment and without prejudice. I work collaboratively, building a relationship of trust through which, over time, you can feel confident to explore who you are, why you make the choices you do and what your life, your experiences and your relationships mean to you.

I believe we each have the power to look into ourselves and through greater understanding of how we relate to the world around us, make the best decisions about what to do with our precious lives.
