Do you feel like your life is lacking direction or purpose? Sometimes these feelings arise from a life-changing event, sometimes we don’t know or understand why we feel like this.
Whatever the cause, I can help you to identify where you are now and where you want to be. I will work with you to take positive steps forward. I use coaching techniques that help empower you; help you to find your purpose; maximise your potential and deal with change. I have had my own experience with a life-threatening illness and understand that sometimes life does not go the way we planned. Therapy can help you to feel more in control of your life.

Sessions usually last 90 minutes. You can pay per session or book a block of six sessions. I offer a discount for bookings of six sessions. I can provide details or an invoice for health insurance companies. Please reach out if you have any questions about billing or payment.
