Over the past eleven years, my experience includes counselling individuals and couples across a spectrum of issues which include:
Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Stress (how this can impact the individual and their relationships), Sexuality , Identity, Relationship difficulties , Bereavement , Abuse, Self harm, Self-esteem, Feelings of isolation and loneliness, as well as many other issues and problems we seem to face in our lives from time to time.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, (Reg. MBACP (Accred)) meaning I hold the new Certificate of Proficiency and I am on the new register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, which the BACP is creating in an effort to regulate the industry.
