• From the creators of Planet Mindful, Young&Mindful is dedicated to under 25s

  • Issue 2 is out now in Sainsbury's, Waitrose, WHSmith's and Aldi

We're thrilled to announce that the second issue of Young&Mindful is out now - so do swing by your local Sainsbury's, WHSmith's, Waitrose or Aldi and pick up a copy for yourself. Or, perhaps more importantly, for the young person in your life.

Young&Mindful is dedicated to under 25s and is packed with relevant, supportive content touching on relationships, identity, wellbeing, and the environment. We have great features from young people sharing their own experiences of topics from masculinity, to self-care, to grief, to performance, and disability. We've had some wonderful feedback from young readers, between the ages of 13 and 30, and we'd love to know what you think as well.

From psychology, to handstands; the oceans, to parkour - there's something for everyone.

You'll also find many of our wonderful welldoing.org therapists featured: Vic Leeson asks whether love is worth the risk; Karen Pollock explores the difference between loneliness and being alone; James Waldron shows how potent the way we tell our story is; Harriet Frew suggests tips for liking yourself, if self-love feels like too much; John McKenzie tackles uncertainty and anxiety around big issue like climate change and Brexit; and Sandra Hilton explores the value of painful feelings.
